Have you ever wanted to be more visible while riding at night? Do you not like to have to tinker with wiring and the electrical system of your scooter? Well then, the windpower LED HJC helmet light might be for you! This lighting system is powered by the wind as you ride your scooter. It is meant to stick onto your helmet and light when you're riding at speeds of 25 mph and greater. I wonder if it could be attached to a topcase instead though.

Hmm.
25 mph = ~40 km/hr.

Kind of a neat idea, I wonder how all these freakin LED and vehicle-light laws we have here in Ontario would tolerate this sort of thing.

I also wonder if it's not dangerous to be more visible maintaining a steady speed, and suddenly not as visible (at least, at the top) when breaking.

Someone else go buy it and tell me :D

Do you suppose we would have "legal" trouble using these? I know there is some problem with flashing LEDs.
